Planning - Filming Schedule

This is our filming schedule, which will allow us to better understand what to do in our recording stages of our coursework.
Like our shot list, this will easily tell our group what shot will be taking place and what characters an angles will be used, although the schedule gives our group a set date to record to be more organised before recording.

This will prevent people having reasons why they can't record if they plan late, rather than everyone agreeing on a date in which they are all free.

Our filming schedule will ensure that all shots were accounted for, as well as this we filmed in the afternoon filming each scene mostly in chronological order. If we didn't have a filming schedule we wouldn't be able to film the shots in the most productive and effective way. Weather, location, cast, crew and props should be taken in to account.

Risk assessments

We have to spot the possible dangers before filming, as the actors are at risk of being harmed.

The only possible threat we encountered is the lights possible creating a spark or breaking above the actor's head after repeatedly switching the lights on and off. Apart from this, we thought it was fine and had a healthy and stable environment for our actors to be recorded in.

Planning - Producing A Shot List

The importance of the shot list is that it helps us organised the camera shot, angle and movements in into each shot and with each actor in chronological order. This will help us when filming as we know all there is to know for each shot.

The shot list is essential for our film is a great way to improve the planning of our film.

For example, we have 5 separate locations that we are filming in therefore the shot list will help us to get all of our filming done in each location correctly and will minimize errors that could occur.

It’s an opportunity to see what our film will look like on the screen before starting to do the storyboard.
